SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages ("SMS") sent by ForgedLines, an AI call answering and lead notification service operated by Forged AI ("we," "us"). By opting in as described below, you agree to receive the messages described for your audience. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
1. Message programs and consent
Business clients (owners and staff of subscribing businesses). When your business enrolls in ForgedLines and you are listed as a notification recipient, you consent to receive service messages at the numbers provided at onboarding, including: new-lead alerts, urgent/emergency escalation alerts, replies confirming status updates you text to us (for example, replying "1" to mark a job booked), and periodic service summaries such as the monthly report. Consent is confirmed in your service agreement.
Callers. If you call a business answered by ForgedLines and provide your mobile number for a callback, and that business has caller confirmations enabled, we may send you a single confirmation text of your callback request from that business. Providing your number during the recorded call is your consent to receive that confirmation message. We do not send callers marketing messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with call activity (business clients typically receive one message per captured lead, plus occasional service messages; callers receive at most one confirmation per inquiry).
2. Opting out
Reply STOP to any ForgedLines message to opt out of further messages from that number. You may receive a single message confirming your opt-out. Business clients who opt out of lead alerts should also contact us so we can adjust the notification list — otherwise leads may go undelivered.

4. Privacy of opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third party. Message contents are shared only as needed to deliver the service (for example, delivering a caller's inquiry to the business they called), as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or terminate messaging at any time to comply with carrier or regulatory requirements.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
